This document describes how we collect, use and process your personal data and how we fulfill our legal obligations towards you.
Your privacy is important to us and we take care of security and protection of your rights.
In the event that you are not satisfied with any part of this notice, you may have the right to request the exercise of one of the rights indicated below.
Data we collect about you
We collect information about you that allows us to ensure the smooth operation of our website and to provide you with the best possible experience on our website. Generally speaking, we distinguish between (a) personal data that you provide to us and (b) personal data that we collect automatically and (c) personal data that we receive from another source.
Personal data that you provide to us
For example, we collect data that you provide us when you register on our website, send an inquiry via the contact form or when you order one of our products - in all such cases, you fill in certain fields or click on a certain button and thereby possibly provide us with your personal data.
We may also collect data through surveys, when you contact our customer service, when you participate in a prize game or competition that we organize. When you provide us with product feedback, or complain about a particular product, it is also possible (or likely) that we will collect some personal information from you. We collect all this data when you give us your consent for such collection or for the reason that we need such data to fulfill our contractual obligation (for example when we have to respond to a specific complaint related to the product), and for the purposes of this Policy we consider it Personal Data which you give us.
Personal data that we collect automatically
There is also Personal Data that we collect automatically, which is data that we record when you use our websites or when you use some of our services.
Whenever you use our websites or, for example, when you read one of our e-mails, certain information (which is not necessarily personal data) is created and automatically collected. For example:
When you visit our website, we use "cookies". A cookie is information saved on your computer by the website you visit. Cookies usually store your settings, settings for the website, such as your preferred language or address. Later, when you open the same web page again, the web browser sends back the cookies belonging to that page. This allows the site to display information tailored to your needs. Cookies can store a wide range of information, including sometimes personal data (such as your name or e-mail address). However, this information can only be saved if you allow it - websites can't get access to information you haven't given them and can't access other files on your computer. The default activities of saving and sending cookies are not visible to you.
In addition to cookies, we can also see information about the type of device you are using to access our website, including which specific device you are using, which operating system you are using, what are its settings and, for example, why the website 'crashed'. For example, different information may be displayed depending on whether you are using a PC or Mac, an iOS device or an Android device.
Personal data we receive from another source
Finally, it is possible for us to receive personal data about you from another source. For example, it is possible for us to receive information about you through 'social networks', in case you 'like' our page on Facebook or start following us on another 'social network'. Then it is possible that we will receive personal data about you through those pages, and we will use them exclusively for the purpose of achieving some legitimate interest, and for the purposes of this Policy, we consider them as Personal data that we receive from another source.
Security of personal data
The personal data exchanged between you and us through our website is transmitted using state-of-the-art connections. All used IT systems are protected against unauthorized access to security systems, and employees are obliged to keep data confidential. However, we have no influence on the transmission of data via the Internet and therefore cannot rule out misuse of third-party access. The transmitted data is stored for further processing.

The data was processed without a valid legal basis;
Data deletion is necessary to comply with our legal obligations; or
You have objected to the processing of personal data, and we are unable to prove the existence of a legitimate legal basis that exceeds your rights and interests, on the basis of which we would be authorized to continue processing your personal data.

Of course, we will inform you about any termination of restrictions on the processing of your personal data.
Right to rectification
You have the right to request the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information we have about you. In the event that we have shared your data with third parties, we will notify them of the correction, unless this is not possible or would cause disproportionate difficulties. In the event that we consider that it is not reasonably possible to act on your request, we will inform you about this and we will explain the reasons for such a decision.

If you wish, you are authorized to request the transfer of your personal data to another data controller. This right actually means that it is possible to request that your personal data be transferred to a third party.
